Product Delivery Options
Two options are provided for UK product delivery - Express delivery (1-2 working days) and a Standard delivery (3-5 working days) through Royal Mail.
For international delivery, options include:
Standard International delivery (from 5 working days and upwards - range will be shown on the checkout page) and
DHL Express (From 3 working day upwards, depending on location. This will also reflect on the checkout page).
Customers are liable to pay any custom or import duty charges on their order, if they have been informed to do so by their local authority. Trendysmiths will not be responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Working and Business days refer to Monday through to Friday ONLY.
Tracking details will be provided on ALL product delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated once you have received confirmation.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as this can't be changed once your order has been placed.
